We exchange hair within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. 

The product must be in it's original condition and sellable as new.

We do not except hair that has been installed, colored, chemically treated or used in any way.

Any products that are not in a resellable condition will not be returned.

If returned product is not resellable, we will not refund your money nor send your returned product back unless you pay for the shipping. 

In order to offer you with our best products we ussually take a day to prepare your order before we start shipping it provided the order was made before 12pm. We use courier services that normally take between 2 to 4 days to deliver your order nationwide.
